TCHC Refund & Returns Policy

At TCHC, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened vitamin or supplement products, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products damaged by improper storage or handling

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Complimentary or promotional items

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos so our team can assess the issue quickly.

Once approved, we will offer one of the following at no extra cost:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full refund

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same returns policy.

Customers are responsible for cancelling or pausing subscriptions before the next billing date.
Refunds cannot be issued for subscription renewals that have already been processed or dispatched.

8. How to Start a Return

  2. The email used to place the order

  3. Reason for the return

  4. Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

9. Store Credit

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase through our website.

10. Your Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this refund policy affects your legal rights.
