Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £100.00

International Delivery

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

TCHC cannot issue refunds for items delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
